Avilda is a professional face painter, offering her services in the New York tri-state area and South Carolina. A visual artist since childhood, she possesses natural talent which was also cultivated for several years at fine arts institutions such as LaGuardia High School for Music & Art and The Art Institute of New York.

In her hometown of Brooklyn, NY, Avilda began a small face painting venture, born of her love for children and visual art. Her services were requested by several nonprofit organizations and numerous private birthday parties. Avilda has worked for several clients at both small and large functions including events for the Riverbanks Zoo & Botanical Garden, Capital One Bank, the Brooklyn Public Library, the Richmond County Fair, the first annual Valley Stream Festival, the Richland County Recreation Commission, the City of Lancaster, Ladies Choice Fitness Center, the Waffle House, and much more! Dedicated to her craft, Avilda once received a standing ovation from a thankful crowd after donating six hours of non-stop professional face painting at a large public event.

Avilda only uses nontoxic, hypoallergenic, FDA approved face paints and can guarantee that all supplies are properly cleaned and sanitized before and after every event. She is certified in adult, child, and infant CPR and first aid, providing additional assurance and safety at events. Her background in childcare aids her in patiently and effectively communicating with children as she often inspires laughs and giggles while transforming them into wonderful creations.
