Ray Dodd performs on alto saxophone with a recorded trio/quartet. People enjoy his music wherever he goes. He has performed in the Southeast (Atlanta and Savannah, Georgia) and in Europe (Frankfurt, Germany and Prague, Czech Republic). Ray's music is perfect for restaurants, coffee bars, private parties and small clubs. I love all musical genres, but he plays Jazz, Blues and Swing, with a few Pop numbers tossed into the mix. Ray plays tunes made popular by Charlie Parker, Dave Brubeck/Paul Desmond, Benny Goodman, Sonny Rollins, Dizzy Gillespie, Billie Holiday, Van Morrison, Marvin Gaye, Stan Getz, Miles Davis, Chet Baker, Louis Armstrong, Etta James, Beyonce, Duke Ellington, Erroll Garner, Dexter Gordon, Frank Sinatra, Tony Bennett, Ray Charles, Dionne Warwick, John Coltrane, George Benson, Coleman Hawkins and many others.
