JimBo Trout and the Fishpeople have been wowing San Francisco Bay Area audiences since 1992. There is music is a fun, energetic, danceable mix of bluegrass, western-swing, ragtime, early blues, honky-tonk, early rock+ roll and much more! They have performed at Hardly Strictly Bluegrass and all of the Bay Area's biggest clubs including The Independent, Great American Music Hall, Slim's, The Mystic Theater, Bottom of the Hill and more! They have opened for bands as diverse as Dr. John, The Squirrel Nut Zippers, Cake, The Carolina Chocolate Drops, Johnny Winter, Hot Club of Cowtown, and more.The frequently perform at weddings, restaurants, children's events, civic events, funerals, nightclubs, and just about anywhere else where music is needed.
