The Splitz
The Splitz are a classic Rock n' Roll dance band that loves to perform. If your group wants to party, you've come to the right place. The Splitz have been performing classic hits from the 50's through 80's since 1983 at private parties, conventions, wedding receptions, company parties, anniversaries, birthdays, class reunions, boat cruises, school dances, block parties, outdoor concerst and night clubs. they cover artists from Elvis and Chuck Berry to The Beatles and The Rolling Stones to Huey Lewis and John Cougar Mellencamp. Their repertoire ranges from ballads to high energy but has one thing in common; it gets people on the dance floor!
Stage right is Kevin on vocal and guitar. Before joining The Splitz in 1985, Kevin has toured the West Coast from Southern California to Alaska playing with such legends as the Drifters, The Coasters, The Shirells and Boom Boom Freddy Cannon.
Stage left is Ron on vocals and guitar. Ron has been with The Splitz since the beginning. Ron toured Canada in the mid 70's with "A Tribute To The Beatles". He also played the country circuit appearing as a featured guest on Seattle radio.
On the riser in back is Dennis on vocals and drums. Dennis helped start The Splitz in 1983. He has a degree in music and has played throughout the Western United States and Canada. He teaches drums and occasionally works in the recording industry for commercial records, radio and television.
Center stage is Steve on vocals and bass guitar. Since their inception in 1983, Steve has led The Splitz from the Canadian border to the shores of Monterey California. Before forming The Splitz, Steve was a featured performer on the "50's & 60's Rock n' Roll Nights" in the Seattle area.
Together they form The Splitz. Their aim is to make your function a success by entertaining your audience from start to finish with the music that you want to hear!
