The Legendary Casinos
This band The "Legendary Casinos", is the inspiration of John Jerd, the original drummer from the recording group The "Casinos" who in 1967 recorded the top ten hit song, "Then You Can Tell Me Goodbye". The song hit number six in the national charts, and was played by all major radio stations. The famous radio DJ "wolfman Jack" was quoted as saying that the song was the inspiration for the baby boom.
The current group has performed on television, in casinos in Las Vegas and Laughlin NV as well as local San Diego casinos, corporate events for national companies, nightclubs, street fairs, wedding and private parties, Moose Lodge, Elks Lodge and much more.
The group is known for it's three part harmonies in generes such as Doo Wop, Motown, Rock & Roll and rhythm and blues covering songs from the 50's, 60's, 70's and 80's.

The eight piece group consists of guitar, base, keyboard, drums, sax, trumpet, trombone and a
female vocalist. Four vocalist in all with superb harmonies.
The group is best with the full sound of all eight pieces, but can perform with four, five, or six pieces which still includes the four vocalist's for smaller venues.
