We're a rock and roll band based in the San Francisco East Bay Area. Specializing in cover songs of great rock and roll. We play songs from the 50's through the 90's. Tony and the Hotshots = A rockin' good time Tony Fleharty - Lead Vocals Singing and drawing the attention of all who see him, Tony is the crux of Tony and the Hotshots. Singing is Tony and Tony is singing, he even does Karoke so he can sing more. A well established fixture on the San Francisco east bay area music scene, Tony has been knocking 'em dead for a long time (a really long time!). From slow ballads to screaming power-rock songs, Tony handles it all! A versatile singer who knows his craft. You just got to love a guy who is as passionate about his singing as Tony is. John McHugh - Guitar, Vocals Searing to sensual, all round musician John lays down the guitar sound so thick you can walk on it. A musicians musician John handles all the lead and rhythm guitar parts by himself. An original Hotshot. John uses Fender guitars and Boogie amps. Look up the word "versatile" in the dictionary and you'll see Johns picture. Watch out when he cranks up and get ready for an aural delight. This guy can handle it all and make it look easy. George Nolan - Bass Guitar Responsible for the low end phat sound, George relies on Fender bass and a really old Peavey amp. A native of the San Francisco east bay area George was one of the original Hotshots (way back when) and recently returned from the bassists retirement community to pick up where he left off. "They asked me to come back and I didn't have anything else to do except watch more TV and throw tennis balls for my dog so I rejoined Tony and the Hotshots". The self proclaimed biggest bassist in the bay area. Mike lives to play and has so much equipment that you can barely see him behind it all. Mike is responsible for that steady beat and has the right stuff to be a Hotshot. The group expects a great deal from its drummer and Mike delivers the goods.
