The SugarBees play a variety of music ranging from Boogie Blues,Funk,Carolina Beach,Oldies,to Top 40 dance music. We have two lead vocalists, Vernon Taylor (Bill Pinkney's of The Original Drifters Grandson)and Kerry Michaels a veteran Blues singer.The SugarBees have recently perfomed with such artists as Chuck Berry, Joe Simon, Bo Diddly, Bobby "Blue" Bland, The Tams, The Platters, The Clovers, Archie Bell & The Drells, Bill Pinkney's Original Drifters, Harvey Fuqua, and many others. We perform regularly at the Holiday Inn Woodlawn in Charlotte, NC. We have full PA, light show, and Eagle bus. We will travel anywhere.The SugarBees consists of 7 band members including drums, bass, guitar, keys, sax, and 2 lead vocals. All band members sing. All 7 bandmembers have passports. The SugarBees have had several Top 40 Rhythm and Beach songs. We are a very friendly band and very cooperative. We have 100's of references. Thanks for considering us for your next event!
