Featured Act or Featured Exclusive Act? If you are serious about booking your Act through The Professional Entertainment Network of Offices you may want to consider stepping up to Featured™ or Exclusive Featured™ Level. Please note, not all groups or acts will qualify for this enhanced level of service through PEC. It must be and act or performer that we can really partner with in some ways, so only those groups or performers that are established, highly professional and have a wide appeal will be able to take advantage of these programs in the markets in which they perform.

Featured Acts These are acts with which we partner with on marketing. They are booked more often because they have invested both time and dollars in building their business through PEC, often in ways which are much more cost effective than single marketing. These are also groups which are presented to more clients either through direct marketing and client requests or through their local representative. In our effort to benefit our outstanding performers as well as our clients, we have found that co-op advertising helps all concerned. Our Featured Act performers gain media exposure at a fraction of the normal rate and are therefore presented to more clients. They also get a dedicated web page, enhanced on-line exposure and are at the head of the line for general requests that fit their profile.

Featured Exclusive Acts
What is the difference between a featured act and a featured exclusive act? The next step up is a Featured Exclusive Act status and is limited to those artists that are well established in the marketplace. The cost of this service is nominal compared to its benefits.

National Profile You are listed higher in the search functions on-line for Featured Exclusive Acts in all searches in any market and category in which you are able to reasonably perform.
Credit Card Payment You can accept payments and deposits by credit card, another proven way of getting extra bookings which may have otherwise been lost.
Personalized Mailing Lists Your mailing list can be maintained and sent out to your fan base with Personal notes, up to twice per month.
A High-Profile, Well Marketed Web Presence If you don’t have a web site, you will have one with PEC including your own domain.

Your Schedule, Availability and Prices available to clients during Business Hours It is always a benefit to have a live, informed representative of the act available to answer questions for clients interested in booking. We stay ahead of the competition by responding promptly and professionally to ALL inquiries with hours... or moments... of the request. It simply makes sense and it always results in more bookings.
Top Billing on Featured Artist Pages Featured exclusive groups are listed in alphabetical order above Featured and registered acts in their primary market(s) for added exposure
Follow-Up Follow-up with past or potential repeat clients to maximize booking and re-booking potential
Expertise We are available if requested to advise and counsel The Artist as needed with respect to decisions concerning performance, booking, employment, publicity, selection of literary, artistic and musical material, wardrobe, public relations and advertising, and all other matters pertaining to professional activities and career in the entertainment, amusement, and musical fields.
Professional Contracting We contract all performance including those by clients of The Artist and those booked on behalf of clients of Professional Entertainment Consultants. With time tested legal entertainment contracts you'll be assured that to the greatest degree possible your bookings will be solid without legal cancellation except with your specific agreement once an engagement is contracted.
Showcase Features Nothing sell an act like seeing it live and we work with clients to get them out to see you in showcase situation. The percentage of clients who close the deal are always significantly higher when they see a quality act live as opposed to through even exceptional promotional material.
Costs: Exclusive contracting through PEC at a 10% commission rate when the client is artist generated. When the client is produced by the agency our normal fee policy would apply.
*Note, we do not present additional groups if a client calls requesting specific information on an act through our co-op advertising programs, except in the case that the act would be inappropriate or unavailable for the engagement.
